This morning, a crash near Andover on the A303 has caused a female driver to be taken to hospital following herself being trapped in a car.
It’s believed that her injuries are serious, however, not life-threatening.
Police were notified of a single vehicle collision near Buck services on the A303 at roughly 8.15am today (Saturday, 11th May)
The fire service was later called at 8.25am with crews from Andover, Basingstoke and Sutton Scotney in attendance.
The woman, who was reported to be conscious and breathing was carefully removed from the vehicle by skilled firefighters before being taken to Southampton General Hospital.
Sutton Scotney Fire Station posted this later in the incident;
