Local News | Woman Subjected to Indecent Exposure in Marlborough Street | Andover & VillagesWe are appealing for information after a man indecently exposed himself to a woman in Andover.

It took place around 6.30pm on Tuesday, February 2, as the 32-year-old woman pushed a pram in Marlborough Street, near St Mary’s Church.

She heard a man shout at her as she walked. She ignored this and carried on walking down Marlborough Street.

She then heard footsteps behind her and when she turned around, an unknown man indecently exposed himself to her.

The man is described as white, of skinny build, around 6ft tall, aged between 30 and 35 years old and had short dark blond hair.

He wore a dark blue or black jacket which was longer than waist length, jeans or trousers, and a scarf, possibly with a square pattern on it.

PC Lisa Wearn, from Andover police station, said: “At this time, this does appear to be an isolated incident, however it has caused much distress to the young female who was walking home.”
