Witness appeal following fatal collision at Enham Alamein near Andover

Police are appealing for witnesses after a man died in a collision at Enham Alamein.

Officers were called to the A343 Newbury Road at 5.22pm on Monday 10th November 2014, to reports of a man in the road. It’s thought he suffered a medical episode. A member of the public went to help him, but he was struck by a car.

The man who died was Paul Clifton, 48 from Newbury Road in Enham Alamein.    

The car driver, a 67 year old man from Reading, was not arrested and gave police an account of what happened. The car he was driving was a silver Ford Mondeo.
