Wiser Insurance Launches Debt Free DegreeCalling all parents of Year 11 and College students across Hampshire and Wiltshire.

Does your son or daughter want to study for a degree but is concerned about the debt or the prospect of gaining a relevant job afterward? Or maybe they are still deciding their future plans?

If the answer is yes, then Be Wiser Insurance has the solution! The Andover based company is launching BA Hons Insurance, a revolutionary debt free degree for the benefit of young people.

Be Wiser is the first financial services company ever to offer a degree programme combined with relevant work experience.

The company has spent the last twelve months working in partnership with Peter Symonds College in Winchester and the University of Chichester, setting up the degree, which will combine employment with education.

“We are passionate about supporting the social and economic wellbeing of individuals, especially young people, living in the local area,” said Crescens George, Director of Learning and Development at Be Wiser Insurance.

The degree programme is being showcased at a one off event at The Lights in Andover later this month. ‘Sugar Coat Your Future’ will be a chance for attendees to gain more information on how this unique programme works and how they can be part of it.

Attending the event will be Mark Wright, 2014 winner of BBC’s The Apprentice, who will be sharing his business knowledge along with Matt Clatworthy, UK Sales Director from Compass London Markets (Lloyds) who will provide insight into the World of risks.

All Year 11 and College students, their parents, teachers, head teachers and principals are invited.

“If you want to earn while you learn and not start your career with a huge debt then this could be the future for you,” said Hannah Johnson – Programme Leader.

The event will include opportunities for networking and meeting the Be Wiser recruitment team.

You can book your free place by going to https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/sugar-coat-your-future-tickets-21778346621?aff=eac2 or emailing recruitment@careerwiser.co.uk or phoning Be Wiser on 01264 748181.
