Students from Winton Community Academy broadened their horizons in a visit to New York City.
The school’s ninth annual trip to the city gave the students six days of culture, sightseeing and the hustle and bustle of the most populated city in the United states.

Photography teacher Philip Messingham said “Learning shouldn’t always take place in the classroom, we try to broaden pupils horizons and get them to experience a world they might not know. This trip not only takes them to one of the busiest cities in the world, but one that is culturally diverse, these experiences are invaluable”
