Before you run, you lean back. Before you jump, you crouch down. Before you exhale, you inhale. Every action is naturally coupled by a reaction. Attempting any of the before mentioned actions without their natural reactions is completely possible, but each will be lessened.
This can be said not only for such simple things as running, jumping and breathing, but in all walks of life. What makes you go for that job? What makes you choose to get fit? Whatever the reason, it’s that reason which makes you fight harder for what you want.
And indeed, it was a driving force that saw strong the foundations of the taekwondo club Bandong Ryok. Mr John Reeves, a 3rd Dan in the martial art, wanted to train, but noticed a gap in Andover’s market and so created Bandong Ryok, whose name, when directly translated, means ‘Reaction Force’.
The friendly club is a non-profit organisation, run by its founder, Mr Reeves, through his passion for Taekwondo. The first two weeks of training are completely free and you are not obligated or bound by any contract or paperwork.
Simply come along, whatever your reason.
If you would like to come along and train you can contact Mr Reeves on 07834 169020 or email email@example.com
Or just come along on a Thursday evening to The Scott Centre, Andover, Hampshire, SP10 2LB or the Wellington Academy in Ludgershall on a Tuesday evening, both evenings from 6.45pm onwards.
