UPDATE: Police Name Driver Who Died In Fatal Collision On B3049 Police are now in a position to name a woman who died following a fatal road traffic collision on the B3049 on Wednesday, October 14.

June Stallard, 69, of Abbots Ann, Andover, died from her injuries after her vehicle was involved in a collision with a car on the B3049 between Stockbridge and Winchester.

Sadly, Mrs Stallard died at the scene.

June’s daughters, Michelle and Lorraine have now released the following tribute:

“Our mum will be greatly missed by all her family and friends. A kind, caring, big-hearted lady, who’s smile could brighten the darkest of rooms.

“Our family would like to thank all of the emergency teams who attended on that day, for all their efforts.

“Our thoughts also go out to the driver of the other car involved and we wish him a full & speedy recovery.”

A file is being prepared and will be passed to HM Coroner.
