Test Valley Community Services Enjoy Their New Home at Andover Bus Station

The Test Valley Community Services (TVCS) Team have now been able to come together in their new premises, at Andover Bus Station, after being in separate locations across the town. Previously based at Wessex Chambers in South Street, and the Shopmobility service, located in the Chantry Centre, the team are now all under one roof. This makes them much more accessible than ever to those who need their services.

TVCS provide invaluable services to the residents of Andover and Romsey. The most well known to the people of Andover would be Shopmobility, after it has had a firm, local presence in the Chantry Centre for some time. However, the location was less than ideal, being so far away from the car parks and public transport links. The new location at the Bus Station not only gives great access to those using public transport into the town, but also it has fantastic access from the back of their new premises, directly into the Multi Storey Car Park, which has designated parking spaces for those using the Shopmobility services.

The TVCS team also provide support to any voluntary organisations, helping them to set up, train staff and even lend office equipment.

TVCS Community Transport is a great, little-known resource for those who are unable to access public transport. A door-to-door service, this is invaluable for individuals and also charity organisations who wish to take a day trip somewhere.

Charities and groups can access the TVCS Payroll service, an efficient and non-profit making service that will ensure staff are paid on time.

The TVCS team offer so much and have previously been a hidden asset. Moving to Andover Bus Station has ensured that not only are their services at the heart of the community, but now their location is too.
