Yinnon Ezra MBE, Chair of Test Valley Arts Foundation (TVAF) launched the new website, Live, Laugh, Love Test Valley in the Arena at The Lights, Andover on Wednesday 27 April. The website is a TVAF project led by Trustees Julie Drury with enormous help from Crescens George, Vice Chair and is sponsored by BeWiser and Aviva.
Live, Laugh, Love Test Valley is a community photography project aimed at sharing the beauty of Test Valley and serving as a platform for aspiring and professional photographers alike. It aims to unite the towns of Andover, Stockbridge and Romsey and their surrounding villages/parishes by depicting their natural beauty and varied history. It will provide a central location where photographs taken throughout the Test Valley can be posted and shared with the wider world. Photos can be purchased with all funds helping to support Test Valley Arts Foundation.
Yinnon is particularly keen for vintage family photos to be submitted in order to provide a fascinating glimpse into the past as well as being a repository for this photographic history of Test Valley.
Sue Morris, Andover based award winning wildlife photographer was the guest speaker at the event and in addition to showing some of her stunning photographs provided not just an interesting commentary but was also able to answer photographic queries put to her by members of the audience.
The website is now live and can be viewed at livelaughlovetestvalley.com. This will also guide you through the process of submitting your photos.
