In the heart of the Test River Valley, in keeping with the Country Inn atmosphere Clos du Marquis offers the quaint elegance of a “French Auberge” with small beamed dining rooms and a lounge with log fires in winter. The private dining room is situated in the oldest part of the building, the original stable.
The garden, where the herbs grow, offers a gazebo for summer dining.
All this is conducive for a relaxed and memorable time, with professional but unobtrusive service. As their guests, the Clos du Marquis like to make you feel like you are in a little corner of France without having to hop across the Channel.
Their dishes emphasize the specialities from the South West of France for which they have a great affinity.
To complement their food, they have a wine list which re erects the diversity of the Gascon Wines and surrounding area.
The Clos du Marquis are offering a set menu for 2 or 3 courses for a limited period.
They are Open for Lunch Tuesday to Sunday 12h00-14h00 and Open for Dinner Tuesday to Saturday 19h00-21h00
