Local News | Rolex Stolen in Houghton Burglary | Andover & VillagesPolice are appealing for witnesses after a burglary at a house in Houghton, near Stockbridge.

Burglars broke into a house in Church Lane and stole jewellery from a bedroom which included a gold and silver Rolex bracelet watch. It happened sometime between 8.20am and 5.50pm on Tuesday, March 22.

Most of the jewellery was costume jewellery but the watch is worth around £10,000.

It’s believed the burglars forced a window to gain entry.

Officers are now appealing for anyone who saw anything suspicious in the area to contact them. They’d also like to hear from anyone who thinks they may have been offered the watch for sale.

Anyone with information about the crime is asked to contact PC Gemma Smith at Andover police station on 101 or call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
