The PureGym Chain, a 24-hour gym, submitted an application that would develop a new gym facility on the Andover Business Park, Hawker Siddeley Way.
The local council, Test Valley Borough Council, approved the application this week, and the gym is set to be built near to the Travelodge Hotel.
PureGym hopes that being on the business park it may attract shift works that want a quick workout
It proposed that PureGym will be a “facility to serve Andover Business Park”.
The plan adds: “This is because employees based at the site could make use of the gym. People staying at the neighbouring hotel could also make use of the gym.
The images should the layout of the car parking, external lighting and an assessment of nature
The council also added a number of conditions on the approval.
