A genuine retirement sale, this is a great opportunity for a couple to take on a well known, well-run pub with scope to increase trade via development of letting rooms and increased trading hours. Our clients have had a record-breaking Christmas and with great outdoor spaces for events such as weddings, wakes, parties and barbeques, this pub can be successful all year round.
