Police Appeal for Missing Jade SheppardWiltshire Police are appealing for information regarding the whereabouts of Jade Sheppard, 20 from Warminster.

Jade was last seen at around 7:00 pm on 28th September 2015 in the area of Manor Gardens, Warminster and has not contacted her family since, which is out of character.

Jade is described as a white, of slim build, approximately 5’6” tall and has dyed white hair with pink and purple streaks which was possibly tied up in a bun.

Jade was last seen wearing ¾ length jeans, a green parka style coat with fur lined hood and grey/white Nike trainers. A photo of Jade is attached but unfortunately it does not show her new hairstyle.

It is not clear at this stage whether she has her mobile phone or other personal items with her.

Officers are conducting enquiries in the local area today and the community may notice an increased police presence. Our colleagues from WILSAR (Wiltshire Search and Rescue) will also be carrying out searches.

T/DI Simon Pope said: ‘We are working closely with Jade’s family who are extremely worried about her and just want to know she is safe. If Jade is aware of this appeal I would urge her to either contact her family or police on 101.

Jade was expected at work on Tuesday 29th but did not attend her job as a cleaner which is also out of character.

We are concerned about Jade’s welfare and I would like to hear from anyone who has seen her or has any information about her whereabouts.’

Anyone with information is asked to contact Melksham CID on 101. Alternatively call Crimestoppers 0800 555 111 where details may be left anonymously if preferred.
