Local News | Police Appeal Following M4 Collision Death | Andover & VillagesThames Valley Police have launched an appeal, to identify a pedestrian who died in a collision with an Iceland lorry, on the M4 in the early hours of this morning (11th October 2016).

The pedestrian was pronounced dead at the scene following the incident which happened at around 3am.

The lorry driver was unhurt but is reported to be suffering from shock.

Advertising with Basepoint Business CentreInspector Andy Storey from Roads Policing said: “We would appeal to anyone who was driving on either the east or westbound carriageways of the M4 near Junction 11 at around 2.50am to contact Police as we are trying to determine the circumstances which led to a pedestrian being on the motorway.

“In addition there are ongoing enquiries to identify the pedestrian at this time.”
