A substantial planning application detailing plans for Andover’s previous Job Centre to be turned into 38 flats has been withdrawn by the applicant.
The application requests that the building is subjected to a change of use so that ‘Crown Buildings’ can go from being used for offices to being used for dwellings.
Laying out the plans for the building, the plans show that the ground floor would be used for offices with the first, second and third floors used for one and two-bedroom flats.
The plans also provide for car parking spaces.
The application was withdrawn on 16th March 2020.
