Andover-based, eco-friendly car valeting service New Edition Steam Car Wash has raised over £160 for leading disability charity Enham Trust, during a marathon event on the charity’s main site.
Steam-cleaning 16 cars onsite, in the heart of the award-winning village of Enham Alamein, and with support from businessmen Omar Miah & Solomon Boateng who travelled down from London for the event, New Edition Steam Car Wash raised precisely £162 on the day.
“It was fantastic,” commented the owner of New Edition Steam Car Wash, Nicholas Asamoah, “from staff and residents to members of the public going past us – all had a great spirit on the day and we thoroughly enjoyed supporting Enham Trust in this way. So much so, we hope to come back soon!”
All funds raised during this event will go towards the charity’s vital cause; supporting 7,500 disabled people across the country to live lives of choice, control, and independence.
