Local news | Man Exposes Himself in Andover - Police AppealPolice are appealing for witnesses after a man indecently exposed himself in Goch Way, Andover on Monday 27th April.

At around 5.30pm two 12-year-old girls were walking with their bikes along the grass verge in Goch Way when the offender tried to speak with them. He then exposed himself.

The man was described as white, aged 45 to 50-years-old, about 5ft 8ins tall, of a slim build and bald. He was wearing a camouflage jacket, blue jeans and a blue cap.

PC Christoper Saunby said: “The incident occurred at a time when there is likely to have been joggers and dog walkers in area who may have seen someone matching the description in the area either before or after the incident.

“We would like to reassure the community that this is an isolated incident.”

A 35-year-old man from Andover has been arrested in connection with the incident and has been bailed until 15 May, pending further enquiries.
