Today police discovered a cannabis ‘factory’ after a 57-year-old man was arrested in Weyhill, Andover.
Police received a call from staff at SSE after suspicious outsource of power.
Following the call, police attended the address in Weyhill and discovered a large number of cannabis plants in the address.
A 57-year-old man from Andover was arrested on suspicion of production of a controlled drug of Class B – cannabis, and abstract/use electricity without authority.
He is currently in police custody.
Enquiries are ongoing, say police.
