March’s Andover Farmers’ and Crafts Market will be held in Andover High Street from 10.00am – 2.00pm on Sunday, 19 March.
This month’s market is the perfect opportunity to browse for lovely gifts for Mother’s Day: delicious cake treats from Popadoodledoo, fragrant products from Tubbs Cosmetics or handmade artisan gifts from Brinny & Co. Or why not buy local fresh ingredients for an impressive Sunday lunch to show how much you care? Fresh fish from Selsey Willows Seafood, gourmet meat from Hampshire Game, vegetables from Sopley Salads, ingredients for a delicious post-meal cheeseboard from Artisan Dairy and after-dinner chocolates from the Chocolate Ladies.
Leader of the Council, Councillor Ian Carr said: “Spring is the perfect time to spend a relaxed Sunday morning strolling through the market, supporting local traders.”
There will be music in the Time Ring from John Springett (10.30am – 12.00pm) and The Rockin’ Bandits from 12.30pm onwards and refreshments from Rockers Dairy Free with waffles and hot chocolate to go. The perfect complement to a busy and vibrant market day.
The Andover Farmers’ and Crafts Markets are held on the third Sunday of every month, but please note that there will be no market in April as it would fall on Easter Sunday.
