Decent weather arrived on Saturday 6th September for the Longparish Summer Fete.
Longparish Cricket Field was packed with stalls and activities and the show ring in the middle of the field kept visitors entertained with lots of entertainment during the day, including hosting a fun dog show that attracted lots of good looking dogs in all shapes and sizes.
Cllr David Drew attended the Longparish Fete and told Andover & Villages, “My family was greeted enthusiastically as we entered the car park. A juggler kept young and old alike amused and my 10yr old even had a brief go on a unicycle. The team on the burger bar produced an excellent hot dog and the real ale from the beer tent was flowing well too. Well done to Longparish for putting on an excellent show that was obviously enjoyed by all”.
