Longparish Family Devastated by FireThe house fire in Longparish, yesterday (20th Feb 2015), has left a family of five devastated, at the loss of all of their furniture and possessions.

Toni Hanchant, her husband and three children, Tyler aged 14, Skye aged 8 and Alfie aged 3, have lost everything in the fire.

Hampshire Fire Brigade were called to the house fire in North Acre, Longparish, at 11:55am yesterday morning and used four pumps, breathing apparatus, jets and hose reels to get the fire under control.

The ground and first floors were well ablaze upon arrival with 20% of the ground floor already affected by fire, while the entire property was 100% damaged by smoke.

The family are being allocated a home on Wednesday.
