Pet News | Last Call for Animal Charity Awards | Andover & VillagesPetplan, the UK’s most trusted pet insurance provider, is calling for final nominations for the annual Petplan and ADCH Animal Charity Awards.

The Awards, now in its fourth year, celebrate the exceptional work of not-for-profit organisations and animal charities across the UK, providing an opportunity for recognition to the dedication and commitment of both individuals and teams.

“We’ve been inundated with nominations this year’s Awards and it’s great to see so many local charities being recognised and supported.

“Through the Petplan and ADCH Animal Charity Awards we’re thrilled to be able to celebrate the inspiring work of the teams and individuals at charities across the UK, that commit themselves to improving the lives of animals. If you know someone who deserves to be recognised then make sure you get your nominations in before Friday 12th January!”

Winners will be selected from the following three categories: Animal Charity Volunteer of the Year, Animal Charity Employee of the Year and Animal Charity Team of the Year. To nominate an animal charity or individual, simply submit your suggestion to by 12th January 2017. Winners will be announced at a ceremony on 25th April 2017.

Petplan has awarded over £8 million in grants and works with over 1,200 animal charities across the UK, providing support in a variety of ways to help improve the lives of pets.
