The KJM Group has come out top in the region in a customer satisfaction survey for a fantastic seventh year in a row.
The win for the Andover-based home improvements company came after Network VEKA, the standards and guarantees body, polled 15,000 homeowners, customers of every one of its 140-plus members UK-wide who gave KJM the highest score in the Southern Region.
The KJM team received the trophy at the organisation’s AGM, in Stratford-upon-Avon on Saturday (Mar 12).
“It’s fantastic to have won yet again,” said Managing Director Mark Pearce after the ceremony, “It means so much to us because the votes come from our customers themselves and they are the people who really matter. We always do our best for every one of them so it is very rewarding to know they appreciate it.”
The annual survey is based on questionnaire responses from homeowners after the installation of home improvements such as windows, doors and conservatories. Network VEKA, now in its twentieth year, was established to help quality local home improvement companies to prove their high standards. Its members are still regularly audited to work to the same strict standards as well as offering the organisation’s own insurance-backed guarantees to every customer.
