A Wise woman once said “Falling in love was the easy part; planning a wedding – YIKES!”
The Andover Wedding Fayre on Sunday provided the perfect opportunity for the bamboozled bride, flustered fiancé or confused couple to pick up some handy hints from the experts.
More than 80 couples visited The Lights in search of inspiration for their big day. A fashion show with 10 different wedding dresses was a much needed source of solutions for brides yet to find ‘the’ dress.
The Lights Operations Manager Rob Sewell said: “The Wedding Fayre was well attended and a really nice Sunday activity at the Lights.”
There were plenty of professionals on hand to offer advice manning over 20 stalls; every wedding detail was catered for including a horse drawn carriage parked up outside the venue! Tip Top Balloons, The Weyhill Fayre and Gallaghers Florist were the main sponsors of the charity event; nominated charity The Dogs Trust will benefit from donations.
Do not panic if you missed out this Sunday. The tenth annual Wedding Fayre will take place at The Lights on 24th January 2016.
