Three terraced houses in King George Road were badly damaged last night (Thursday 9th November 2017) after a severe house fire in Andover.

Emergency services were called to the properties at 20.59 after the fire started in the bedroom of one of the properties. The flames spread through to the neighbouring properties through the roof space.

The area was cordoned off by police whilst approximately 30 firefighters battled to contain the fire to the two properties, ensuring it did not spread any further.

The fire was dealt with by 11pm.
