New faces but the same fabulous service at the Multiservice Centre.

Trading for over 20 years, the Multiservice Centre on the Ludgershall Road in Faberstown, has recently refurbished their reception to offer an even better customer experience.

The reception offers customers free Wi-Fi, tea and coffee, and comfortable seating. The large viewing window is great for customers to watch their car being repaired or MOT’d if they want to stay and wait.

Staff at the popular local garage have welcomed new members to the front of house team, following staff leaving due to sickness and new employment.

Owners Barbara Allen and Rob Jones feel one of the main reasons for their success is the importance of customer service, they value the relationships between their front of house staff and customers.

Barbara said, “We wanted to ensure the new front of house staff would carry on our same ethos and are pleased that Ian McLaren and Gary Blackburn came on board.”

Ian has worked in the motor trade locally for many years. With brands such as Ford, Volkswagen and Audi.

Ian was taken on as a member of the front of house team for his knowledge and experience.

I am said, “Reliability is the main ethos of my customer service skills, if I tell a customer that I am going to do something, then I follow it through.”

Gary has worked in the fast fit industry including tyres, brakes exhausts and servicing his whole working life. His most recent position was as regional operations manager for the Quick Fit group. Gary tells Andover and Villages, “One of the best things a garage can offer is good honest service.”

Between the pair they have over 75 years’ experience in the motor service industry.

The garage’s portfolio includes servicing, tyres and exhausts and were also the first garage locally to offer the ‘Pass you pay – you fail its free’ For MOT’s.
