Enter Your Business into the Test Valley Business Awards

Winning a Test Valley Business Award Helped Galvanise our Business

With the early entry prize deadline for the Test Valley Business Awards on 30th November, and the final call for entries at the end of the year, Yiannaki Loizou, Global Marketing Director of CRITICAL Software, winners of the 2014 ‘Employer of the Year’ awards, explains why entering helped their business.

Loizou said of entering the awards, “CRITICAL Software entered the Test Valley Business Award’s ‘Employer of the Year’ category as we wanted to recognise the values we have fostered over many years and our positive working environment we offer our employees, while showcasing our achievements to the local community.”

Going on to remember how it felt to win the award and the consequential impact it has had on CRITICAL Software’s business, Loizou states, “We were incredibly proud to win the award and it has really helped our recruitment of new talent by demonstrating to potential employees just what a great place CRITICAL Software is to work.”

Now in the 11th year of celebrating local business excellence, Test Valley Business Awards have raised the profile of hundreds of businesses and championed the fantastic achievements of so many individuals and companies modestly going about their work all across Test Valley.

Many local winners have continued to grow and build upon the business excellence; some have gone on to win national awards and establish an international presence soon after winning a Test Valley Business Award. For his final thought, Loizou urges all local businesses to enter, “The Test Valley region hosts a thriving business community and these awards offer real recognition of all the fantastic work that goes on. I would urge all companies with something to shout about to get involved, winning an award can really help to galvanise your business.”

Sophie Porter, Test Valley Business Awards PR Officer, told Andover & Villages, “Why not tell us how passionate you are about your business and enter or why a supplier, customer or business you know deserves to win by nominating them for a TVBAwards? It could mean the start of something very special.”

The Early Entry Prize deadline is 30th November, entering could mean winning a 3 course meal for 2 with a bottle of wine at the newly renovated George & Dragon, Hurstbourne Tarrant.

The final deadline for entries is 31st December 2014.
