Council Presents Business Grant to Popular ShopTest Valley Borough Council has awarded Stephanie Briggs, the owner of popular Andover homewares shop, La Di Da, with a £500 Business Incentive Grant.

La Di Da offers a unique range of interiors, homewares and gifts. From funky furniture to quirky collectables, the variety of perfectly crafted home and garden accessories will leave shoppers spoilt for choice. Stephanie took over the ownership of the shop in July last year when she decided to swap her employment law career for a new venture in retail management.

Stephanie said: “I am really pleased that I had the opportunity to purchase La Di Da last year. I have worked with lots of businesses over the years to help them through all kinds of situations, but owning my own business has been one of my long term personal goals. My first few months in the role have been great and I’d like to thank Test Valley Borough Council for the support it has offered to me as the owner of a small business.”

Andover St Mary’s ward member, Councillor Iris Andersen, presented the cheque to Stephanie at the Bridge Street shop last week. Councillor Andersen said: “La Di Da is one of Andover’s popular small businesses and it brings a unique range of luxury items to the town. I’d like to congratulate Stephanie for making a success of her new career and I wish her all the best for the future.”
