Cooking 2 Cooling took over the Pop up Shop in Andover Town Centre this week.

Bringing with them a variety of appliances, including the much drooled over Kitchenaid range and funky Smeg fridges, this is an attractive store, full to the brim of essential and attractive appliances. Today I was welcomed warmly by Peter Sherwood Clarke, who is the husband side of this ‘no stopping them’ family business. Peter told Andover & Villages that the first few days in the shop has seen a good footfall and a couple of good sales, including a Fridge Freezer on Thursday.

Local public and politicians have been quick to wish the team well, with Claire Perry MP sending a personal letter, wishing the business good fortune during their time in the shop.

On Friday 28th Feb 2014, the Andover Royals visited the shop for an official opening and, whilst the Prince wasn’t overly excited about the appliances, the Princess and her attendants were running around the shop, making verbal excited lists of fabulous cookers, fridges and washing machines for when they have their own homes.

Do go and visit the team at Cooking 2 Cooling during their time at the Pop Up Shop; there is a fantastic range of items and I was really surprised to note that their prices are very competitive.

I have my eye on the Kitchenaid appliances and a rather funky looking Union Jack Vacuum Cleaner – maybe an Andover & Villages review road test is on the cards?

Cooking 2 Cooling are in the Pop Up Shop for the next 2 weeks.
