With the deadline for entries & nominations into this year’s Test Valley Business Awards now less than 3 weeks away, now has never been a more opportune time for businesses to enter one of the six categories.

By entering now, businesses operating within Test Valley have the chance to win one of an assortment of free gifts, given to entrants chosen at random throughout the entry & nomination period, which ends in May.

Collecting his prize at his office in Andover town centre, James Lamb of Idea Reality – winner of the Awards’ third entry prize, a hamper of beer from Betteridge’s Brewery – also selected the Awards’ fourth entry prize winner of the period.

Choosing a name randomly from a hat, James picked Steven Ford of KGF Cars as the winner of a handmade couture gift, courtesy of Porter’s Emporium.

The Test Valley Business Awards 2018 awards categories and Gold Sponsors are:

Andover based Idea Reality is a new product development studio specialising in working with entrepreneur inventors, start-ups and small businesses to develop innovative new product ideas, prototype designs and launch them to market.

Innovation and Technology is at the heart of what Idea Reality do. The company’s numerous designs have reached large stores and been successfully launched via their crowd-funding service.

To enter, and be in with a chance of winning subsequent entry prizes, businesses are asked to visit: by 11th May, and fill in the simple online form with 200 – 250 words about your business against the relevant category judging criteria, which can also be found on the Awards’ website.

The Awards is free to enter; taking just minutes to fill in the online form which, if successfully chosen as a winner, could lead to a full 12 months of business promotion across the Test Valley.

Businesses are encouraged to enter as many categories as possible before the entry & nomination period ends at midnight on 11th May.

Now in its 14th year, the Test Valley Business Awards – run by a steering group of volunteers – has become a well-established platform to promote businesses excellence and especially to shine a light on the many new and small innovative businesses operating out of sight. It is a great way to enable smaller enterprises to gain the recognition and exposure to grow.
