He was discovered wounded after police were summoned to the address on Saturday at 22:44 BST in Shooters Way, Basingstoke. He died in the hospital later on.
After being discovered on neighbouring Normanton Road at 22:53, a second person was transferred to a hospital with severe injuries.
Two males, 29 years of age, 36 years of age, were all detained by Basingstoke police and a 16-year-old Croydonian kid.
Police, who said a murder investigation had been launched, had not disclosed the allegations for which they were arrested.
Officers said they were called to “report of a disturbance” at the Shooters Way address next to the South View Junior School.
“We would like to reassure the public that we are treating these incidents as potentially linked and targeted events. “Det Ch Insp Dave Storey said.
“Officers will also be carrying out extra patrols in the area.”
