Hurstbourne Tarrant Jazz Picnic Raises Funds

Andover What's On - Hurstbourne Tarrant Jazz Picnic Raises Funds

A sunny day met Jazz lovers in Hurstbourne Tarrant, on Sunday 15th August, for an arranged Jazz Picnic that raised over £1300, to go towards the building of a new Community Centre for the village.

Over 100 people turned up to the event at Medlands Farm in the village, all bringing their own picnics.

A licensed bar was provided, courtesy of the Royal British Legion Club, and live music from Paul Mckenna’s Swing Band kept the locals entertained.

Villagers are continuing to raise funds for the new Village Centre, which will replace the current building at the bottom of the Hurstbourne Tarrant School field.
