Bitesize Bushcraft came to life after owner, Bill, undertook a Bushcraft course, and was then asked by his daughter if she could have a outdoors themed party. It was a fantastic success and led to a full-time business. The team is comprised of Bill, who is a qualified Bushcraft instructor and Svenja, who is described at Bitesize’s very own Pochahontas!

Bitesize Bushcraft now work with local schools on a regular basis and have successfully provided training that has culminated in children achieving their NCFE Level 1 Bushcraft, Survival and Wilderness Living Skills.

For one week only this Summer, parents are invited to book their children onto ‘Africa Week’, where children will learn how to make fires, shields, spears, undertake a knife workshop and so much more.

The activity week is held at Cholderton Charlies, but do hurry if you wish to book, as these courses are very popular and fill up fast.
