Andover's Small Business Fair to Fill the High Street

Don’t miss the last Small Business Fair of the year on Friday 12 September, 10am to 4pm, in Andover High Street.

The fair is designed to help local companies showcase their work to a wider audience and for local people to find out more about businesses that are right on their doorstep.  There will be everything from office management to gardening services, local food outlets to holistic  therapies, sports and leisure activities and domestic appliances.

More than 30 local traders will be taking part in the event, with debut appearances from Thistle Academy of Dance, Kitenge and Greensleeves.  Family Mosaic will also be in attendance for the first time with a recruitment drive seeking temporary and permanent staff for a local employment opportunity.

Councillor Ian Carr, Leader of Test Valley Borough Council, said: “The Business Fair is a prime opportunity for businesses to network with each other, as well as sharing their products and skills with a wider public audience than they might otherwise reach.”

If you are a local business and would like to take part one or more of the three future fairs planned in April, June and September, 2015 please email

Test Valley Borough Council’s High Street Events working group launched the business fairs as part of its work linked to the Andover Summit. The Small Business Fair is part of a wider programme designed to breathe new life into the High Street and surrounding areas.
