Andover's Blue Macaroon Receives Business Incentive Grant

Creative entrepreneur Joselyn Potter is the latest business owner to benefit from Test Valley Borough Council’s Business Incentive Grant after setting up Blue Macaroon in Andover. The company specialises in website design and already has several local businesses within its expanding portfolio.

When her youngest child started school in 2013, Joselyn had the time and opportunity to transfer her interest in web design into a business. The Business Incentive Grant of £500 will allow Blue Macaroon to expand and reach out to potential new clients.

Joselyn was delighted with the grant and commented: “I’m so grateful to Test Valley Borough Council for the grant. Schemes like this are fantastic to help people like me get started in a new venture. I’m looking forward to building my portfolio of websites and working closely with clients to achieve their individual aims.”

Councillor Ian Carr, Leader of Test Valley Borough Council, said: “Joselyn is an ideal recipient of our Business Incentive Grant as Blue Macaroon will be able to support other local businesses and service providers through the power of her web design. I wish her all the best in her new venture.”
