Andover news - Hampshire POlice Indecent Exposure
Police are appealing for information about and witnesses to an indecent exposure incident in Andover.

Between 4.50pm and 5.10pm on July 3, two 10-year-old girls were taking a dog for a walk along Ickneild Way when an old blue or grey car pulled up alongside them. It’s believed the car could have been a Toyota and similar in size to a Ford Focus.

The male driver stopped the car and the girls saw that he had no trousers on. He then began committing a sexual act. He did not speak to the girls or get out of the car.

The girls walked away up to Viking Way, past Roman Way Primary School, then across Viking Way and back on to Roman Way.

The girls described the man following them in his car, but he then disappeared from view.

The man is described as white, aged in his 40s with mousey hair. He was wearing a white polo shirt with grey stripes and no trousers.

PC Matthew Robinson said: “Were you in the area at the time? Did you see anything suspicious or do you recognise the description of this man?”

Anyone with any information is asked to contact PC Robinson at Andover Police Station on 101 or call the charity Crimestoppers line on 0800 555 111, where information can be left anonymously.
