Andover Artisan Market

July’s Andover Artisan Market will have a festival feel this month as it coincides with Carnival Day in the town.

Why not bring the whole family and browse the array of fabulous crafts, produce, gifts and drinks stalls lining the High Street.  Along the way you can pick up some scrumptious goodies from local suppliers and producers to make a picnic to sample, before completing the day with the carnival!

Stalls for July will include Rutts Lane Cider; BrownBread with their Artisan bread, pastries and patisserie; Buylowfodmap with a full range of gluten free, vegan and other free from wholefoods; Clayford Farm Produce with chicken sausages produced on the farm; JJ’s Nuts and Oaktrack Smallholding with a range of seasonal fruit and vegetables, locally raised meat and homemade jams and chutneys.

Leader of the Council, Councillor Phil North said: “There will be a real buzz around the town on Sunday, 21 July.  I would encourage everyone to join in and be a part of something happy and vibrant in the Andover annual calendar of events.”

Andover Musical Theatre Company’s youth arm, Starlights will be out and about in the High Street and singing in the Time Ring with snippets from their forthcoming show at The Lights – Sister Act, and then Glen Wright will be singing the blues in the afternoon – all adding to the party atmosphere.

The market will take place on Sunday, 21 July from 10.00am – 2.00pm with further markets on the third Sunday of each month.
