As the nights draw in and thoughts turn to winter warming foods and snuggling in front of the fire, why not wander around Andover Farmers’ and Crafts Market on Sunday 16 November and stock up on treats and essentials to take the chill away.
The market will be open from 10am to 2pm, and will be packed with more than 50 stalls selling a wide range of gourmet, organic, traditional and locally sourced produce, crafts and goodies for Christmas.
Jake Ward will be performing his unique style of swing music in the Time Ring from 10am to 12pm, and there will be street food to fill any empty stomachs rumbling after shopping – and sampling – from the many food stalls! Be sure to visit The Risen Pizza Company who will be making their first visit to Andover with their stone-baked pizza oven.
Leader of the Council, Councillor Ian Carr, said: “The Andover Farmers’ and Crafts Market has become a firm favourite in the High Street Calendar, and is guaranteed to provide a mix of both favourites, regular stalls and new traders. This is the penultimate market before Christmas, and so provides the perfect opportunity to start stocking up on presents and delicious treats for the holidays.”
